TESSARAC offers two convenient ways to return your product. You can either take the product to a Return Bar location where a representative will inspect the item and process your return immediately OR ship the product directly back to our warehouse with a UPS label. If you choose the label, please allow our team 5-10 business days to process your request.

*Please note some locations and items are not eligible to be returned through a Return Bar*

Returns for Store Credit are free. The Store Credit E-Gift Card will be sent automatically to the email address on file for the paid order amount when your return is processed.

A $5.99 processing fee is automatically deducted from the reimbursement if a refund to the original payment method is chosen. International locations will have a $19.95 processing fee.
TESSARAC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages should you choose to ship via a carrier outside the label provided to you by TESSARAC. You are also responsible for providingTESSARAC customer service with the carrier's name and tracking number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. A $5.99 processing fee is automatically taken out if you choose to return your product for a refund.

BOGO Items must both be returned for a full refund. If only one of the BOGO set items is returned, a partial refund will be issued based on the price of the item returned.

Free Gifts are associated with a minimum order value or other requirements as specified at time of order. If part or all of the original transaction is returned, such that you fall below the original required order value, the Free item must be returned in its original condition. At the time of return if the customer decides not to return free item, they will see a reduced refund in the amount of $25 for the free gift item.

Returns
We gladly accept returns for items in unworn, brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after your delivery date will not be refunded.

In order to complete your return, we require the Order Number and Zip Code associated with the order.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded unless authorized for a special circumstance.

Domestic Orders (US, Canada):
